What if your monitor shows no signal when connected by USB-C to USB-C cable? Make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display. Also, use the original USB-C to USB-C cable provided with the package and refer to the User Manual for further assistance.
If your laptop doesn't have a USB-C or HDMI port (e.g., Surface Pro, HP Elitebook, or old MacBook), please refer to the User Manual to get an appropriate adapter.
If your monitor flickers, ensure you're powering it with the original power adapter included in the package.
Regarding iPhone compatibility, the monitor does not work with the Apple charging cable. You'll need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter to connect your iPhone to the monitor.
For phones/tablets, our original USB-C to USB-C cable works with select Samsung devices (Galaxy S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22 series, Galaxy Note8/9/10/20 series, Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4), while other models require an HDTV cable for connection.
